The Monarch House offers interior decorating services throughout Canyon, Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle, from single-room refreshes and whole-home decorating to new construction and remodel selections. Our work ranges from updated classic and collected interiors to Western-inspired spaces that reflect the homes, ranches and way of life of this region.

We take the time to understand how you live, what you love, what you need and what you absolutely do not want. Then we bring it all together into a home that feels beautiful, comfortable and personal to you.

Our approach is rooted in attainable, livable luxury: thoughtful selections, practical details and meaningful pieces that can stand up to real life. Decorating your home can be overwhelming—the endless tile options, the online ordering, the weird-shaped corner you’re not sure what to do with. We have the skills to bring together your ideas and dreams to create a mix of livable luxury, practical features, comfort, and personal touches uniquely styled for your life on your budget.

Interior Decorating

Do you have one room that needs some refreshing, or does the whole place need a facelift? We select pieces, manage procurement, and take care of all the installation, styling to the nines. You don’t have to get all new pieces, we can utilize as much or as little of your existing decor.

New Construction & Remodels

Lighting, appliances, tile, grout colors, door style, cabinet hardware, countertops, paint colors, etc., we’ve got your back! We can handle builder collaboration or help source contractors and manage a remodel, ensuring the success of your project from start to finish.

The Process

1. Consultation

We'll meet at your home or job site, get to know each other, and make sure we're a good fit. We'll talk through your project goals, pet peeves, needs and wants, and functional details. We'll explain our process and fees and answer any questions you have.

2. Conceptulization

Our team will quote you a fee for our design time. We’ll dive into those inspiration pins, dog-eared magazine pages, and saved Instagram posts. We’ll present our ideas through design and mood boards and look at paint swatches, fabrics, tile samples, and more. 

3. Sourcing and Purchasing

At this point, we start to see your home come to life. We work within your budget and present you with items and options that best match your space. You just have to approve one of the options we narrow down for you! We worry about it all, so you don’t have to.

4. Install and Styling

We’ll come in and pull your space together. Pictures will be placed, shelves styled, beds made, and curtains hung. All the details will be in place, and all you’ll have to do is show up. Prepare for a huge sigh of relief, happy tears, and to feel at home.
